Since I retired in 2013 I have rekindled my love of art. Having brought up a family of artist daughters I had little time to do any painting myself. I found a small pack of soft pastels in a charity shop and have fallen in love with the medium.

As a member of Blagdon Art Group I have found inspiration and friendship through art. 

I have been a regular participant in the Chew Valley Arts Trail since 2013 and have also exhibited at the Bath and West Show, the Lord Mayor's Show in Bath, Clevedon Art Club, North Somerset Arts Week and exhibitions in and around Churchill.

My first love is painting the local landscape in pastel, but I also like to do water colours, mainly flowers and cartoon greeting cards.
